The Problem

A very young brand in the beauty industry wanted to create a huge increase in sales by utilizing a Black Friday campaign. 

The brand was a stand out in the industry so the campaign had to be on brand and unique while not cutting too much into the net profit. 

Recommendation

We recognized that the company was competing with other Black Friday deals across industries and decided to launch a staggered campaign starting on Monday of the Thanksgiving week with duration of 7 days. 

To keep customers glued to the promotion we planned several high discount flash sales with a duration of only 60 minutes. 

We recognized that the audience was young and tech-savvy so we decided to use channels other competitors were not using – Facebook Messenger Bots and SMS Campaigns.
